What routes are available?
There are bus routes travelling from most local towns into College, as shown on the diagram above.
Travelling to Yeovil College
If you have enrolled on a course you will be eligible to apply for a County Ticket bus pass. This pass
allows travel to and from College on any journey that starts and/or terminates within Somerset. This
includes travel during evenings, weekends and College holidays.
How much will it cost?
The cost of the ticket is set by Somerset County Council and should be published during the 2008/09
academic year. Details are sent to students automatically once they have accepted their place at Yeovil
College.
How do I apply?
It is important that you apply for travel assistance as soon as possible to ensure your bus pass is
available when you start College in September. You must have been offered a place at Yeovil College
and satisfy all the relevant criteria.
